Delete a Patient record with all its associated resources, including their Provenance and Binary resources

Requires the operation URL (http://rosetta.careevolution.com/FHIR/OperationDefinition/Patient-delete) as a scope, or a SMART scope granting read and write access to the resource type the operation is executed against.
