Allows removing a specified target Group's members that match (by entity reference) those contained in an input group
Applies to: Group
Requires the operation URL (http://hl7.org/fhir/OperationDefinition/Resource-remove) as a scope, or a SMART scope granting read and write access to the resource type the operation is executed against.
