meta-set
This operation takes a meta, and replaces the existing profiles with the ones provided in the meta, and replaces tags, and security labels with the ones provided in the meta that have the same system.

Requires the operation URL (http://rosetta.careevolution.com/FHIR/OperationDefinition/Resource-meta-set) as a scope, or a SMART scope granting read and write access to the resource type the operation is executed against.
