This operation take a member identifier and a list of opt-outs / opt-ins and applies them to the patient corresponding to the specified member identifier .

Requires the operation URL (http://rosetta.careevolution.com/FHIR/OperationDefinition/Patient-set-data-sharing) as a scope, or a SMART scope granting read and write access to the resource type the operation is executed against.
